Kalisto 71 mobile home
The Kalisto mobile home is a project based on a combination of two modules. In the first, on the ground floor, there is a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the second, there are two bedrooms in the attic. The layout of the rooms can be adapted to individual needs.
The house is sold with ready installations: electricity, water, sewage and ventilation and heating.
The price includes a fully equipped bathroom, a set of kitchen furniture and a 3.5 kW air conditioner with heating function.
The house does not require foundations, foundation points are sufficient which significantly reduces construction costs. The walls, ceiling and floor are completely finished.
Once the house is in place, all you need to do is make the connections, put in the white goods and room furniture.
The house is year-round, so you can live there even in winter without any problems. Thanks to its special construction, the mobile home can be transported to and set up elsewhere.
The house is transported in two parts to the construction site and is assembled and put into use within several hours. Setting up and assembly on the territory of Poland is included in the price of the house.
The price does not include the preparation of the land, the base for the house, utility connections, terraces, transport, crane service, household appliances and room furniture.
