Fobos 53 mobile home

The Fobos mobile home is a project based on a combination of two modules. The first one on the first floor houses a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom.
In the second, in the attic, two bedrooms.
The layout of the rooms can be tailored to individual needs.

The house is sold with ready installations: electricity, water, sewage and ventilation and heating.

The price includes a fully equipped bathroom, a set of kitchen furniture and a 3.5 kW air conditioner with heating function.

The house does not require a foundation, foundation points are sufficient, which significantly reduces construction costs. The walls, ceiling and floor are completely finished.

Once the house is set in its final location, all that is needed is to make connections, insert household appliances and room furniture.

The house is year-round so you can live even in winter without any problems. Thanks to its special design, the mobile home gives you the opportunity to transport it and set it up in another place.

The house is transported in two parts to the construction site and is assembled and put into service within several hours.
Setup and installation in Poland is included in the price of the house.

Payment Schedule:

• 30% after signing the contract
• 30% second tranche
• 20% third tranche
• 20% end of implementation

We arrange contact with a leasing company or bank representative to provide a loan.

The price does not include site preparation, house base, utility connections, terraces, transportation, crane service, household appliances and room furniture.
