Himalia mobile home is a project based on the combination of two modules.
The first houses a living room with a kitchenette and a bathroom.
In the second two bedrooms.
The layout of the rooms can be tailored to individual needs.

The house is sold with ready installations: electricity, water, sewage and ventilation and heating.

The price includes a fully equipped bathroom, a set of kitchen furniture and a 3.5kW air conditioner with heating function in the main living room.

The house does not require a foundation, foundation points are sufficient, which significantly reduces construction costs. The walls, ceiling and floor are completely finished.

Once the house is set in its final location, all that is needed is to make connections, insert household appliances and room furniture.

The house is year-round so you can live even in winter without any problems. Thanks to its special design, the mobile home gives you the opportunity to transport it and set it up in another place.

The house is transported in two parts to the construction site and is assembled and put into service within several hours.

Setup and installation in Poland is included in the price of the house.

Walls made of 18 mm thick structural panels, insulated with ROCKWOOL mineral wool with a lambda coefficient of 0.035 W/mK with high density and elasticity. Insulation thickness of 25 cm.

Facade made of composite board Durasid Foresta, Kerrafront VOX (series: Trend, Modern Wood, Wood Design, Retro, Classic) combined with seam sheet, or wooden facade board with a thickness of 2 cm (triple impregnation Sadolin Extra-18 colors).

Walls and ceilings finished with LHDF Krono Design cladding with a thickness of 18 mm-120 colors to choose from (series: Color, Contempo, Standard), panels from Kospan, natural spruce board with a thickness of 2 cm (color of your choice or cartong plaster in the raw).

Insulated floor, made of 15 cm thick sandwich board protected against rodents.

On the entire floor surface moisture-resistant vinyl panels from Vox 5 mm hard core (16 colors to choose from).
